Both males, wow. Are they neutured? That would help calm them down a bit.

But dogs, naturally males, fight over things to become higher rank. Of course everybody knows that canines work with packs or pecking orders. They become jealous, competitive and basically in a brawl - as you stated.

Try giving them different toys of the same size, or seperate them during play. If that doesn't pan out, try giving them a tug-o-war rope. I don't recommend those, though - I've read they've made dogs even more aggressive.

G'luck!
References :
They are being territorial. I have a JRT mix and if she has a toy and my shepherd mix comes to try and take it she will growl at him even though he is at least 4x her size. They even do this over food. I wouldn't worry about it unless it looks like they are starting to get too aggressive. If you hear them start to growl just say no in a firm voice and see if that doesn't stop them, that's what I do with mine.
References :
It is in the nature of dogs to fight over stuff. Dogs of every breed are fiercely competitive. You might try not giving them the toys for awhile. They have each other to play with anyway so they probably don't need toys very often.
References :
It seems like they might have toy aggression. one of the things that was done in puppy class was putting down a whole bunch of toys. I kind of think of it similar to having to share toys with siblings. even if the toy is the same, somehow the one that your sibling is more interested in must be better! hehe
References :
Take the toys away and see what happens. They might just get along better that way. It sounds like a case of jealousy to me.
References :
Thats not because of their breed, nearly any two dogs will fight over toys. Just let them wrestle, because many times they could just be playing.

If you want, you can also seperate them.
